Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

We're committed to getting your order to you as smoothly as possible. Because we carry products from a wide network of trusted suppliers, shipping timelines, carriers, and fulfillment locations may vary by item. Please review the details below so you know what to expect.

Standard Shipping Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 3–14 business days, depending on the supplier and your destination. Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout and included in your order confirmation email.

Why Delivery Times May Vary

We work with multiple supplier partners to bring you a curated selection of products. Because items may ship from different locations or require additional processing, delivery windows can differ from product to product. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your order ships in multiple packages, you'll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as efficiently as possible, we may ship parts of your order separately from different supplier locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it is processed.
